OV Celebrates 125th Mile of Denver Bikeways with the City

OV celebrated the 125th mile of Denver bikeways installed in the past five years with the Mayor, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI), and project team members at a ceremony on May 24th, 2023.

Chris Vogelsang served as Project Manager for the Northwest Community Transportation Network (NW CTN): a multifaceted planning effort to bring safe, efficient multimodal connections to Denver’s neighborhoods. The completion of NW CTN’s 46th Ave Bikeway brought the City over their initial goal and paved the way for continued progress.

The sign commemorating this milestone is installed next to Rocky Mountain Lake Park at 46th & Irving.
